Guide: Perspectives

Perspectives are explanatory content that define how I operate, think, and approach key areas of technology leadership. Unlike Field Notes (observations from the ground) or Essays (thinking on what's coming), Perspectives are foundational descriptions of my philosophy, values, and decision-making frameworks.

Perspectives form the "how I think" layer of the CTO Operating System. They're paired with Profile Resources (like culture.md, philosophy.md etc.) to provide both structured data for agents and narrative context for humans understanding my approach. Each perspective is published as both a readable essay-style article and a detailed markdown file for AI processing.
