Resources are downloadable supporting artefacts, sometimes markdown files designed for both AI processing and human adaptation, sometimes as word documents when specifically targeted for human use.

Perspective Markdown Files

These are markdown files that describe how I show up, my history, my experiences etc. I use them as inputs into my agents and as source files to build other artefacts like my CV, event Bio's etc. They can be used as a template for you to adopt and edit for their own purposes, structurally and figuratively when the content matches your own perspective, in no particular order:

Public with Redactions Resources

Markdown files containing information that I make available but that has some redactions which include (TBC) and recommendations for completion. I use a fully complete private version of these files:

Public with Synthetic Data Resources

Markdown files containing information that I don't make available to anyone else, but I use for inputs into agents and I share in interviews and private discussions. Public versions are made available with synthetic information:

challenges.md

Significant challenging events, STAR-style prep, lessons learned, judgment under pressure. This file contains 100% synthetic data

These are markdown files with the definitions of the agents that I use to help automate parts of my role, with repeatable tasks.
